Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell earns another nod for VP, winning the (completely arbitrary) “Mock Republican Convention” at a Lexington, Virginia university. House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, a Republican from Wisconsin, isn’t ruling out his run for the #2 spot. According to The Wall Street Journal, Ryan responded to inquiries by stating today, “I have no clue… I mean, that’s somebody else’s decision. That’s a long time from now. It’s kind of like a bolt of lightning striking you. So what’s the point in thinking about that? I’ve got a lot to do right now, I’m really busy….
