While Sarah Palin and Joe Lieberman emerged out of the shadows to claim VP spots, Evan Bayh is becoming the true bridesmaid. Passed over in 2000, 2004 and 2008, it seems his only shot is premature retirement from Joe Biden or the second spot in 2016.
